- Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, which serves as the account's primary identifier. Email registration is not available.

- bld77 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including at the point of a withdrawal request. Failure to provide required documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
- Duplicate accounts will be identified through our fraud detection systems. Upon detection, bld77 will close the duplicate account, transfer any eligible balance to the original verified account, and may withhold bonuses associated with the duplicate registration.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
bld77 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though bld77 reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion for fraud prevention purposes.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible.
- All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. bld77 will not process transactions from accounts, wallets or cards belonging to any other individual.
- Withdrawals may be subject to a review period where KYC verification has not been fully completed or where unusual account activity has been flagged. bld77 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours.
- bld77 does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside bld77's control.
4. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonus offers are subject to their individual terms, including wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. 5. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on bld77. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to the relevant legal authorities.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
- Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or conduct match-fixing on sports betting markets.
- Using the platform to launder money or conduct any financial transaction that is illegal under applicable Bangladesh law or international anti-money-laundering regulations.
- Attempting to access, modify or reverse-engineer bld77 software, servers, databases or any component of the platform's technical infrastructure.
- Registering an account as a minor or knowingly allowing a person under the age of 21 to use your bld77 account in any capacity.
6. Responsible Gaming

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bld77 limits its liability to players as described below. Nothing in these T&C excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Players acknowledge that online gaming carries inherent financial risk and that bld77 cannot guarantee winnings.
- bld77 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, third-party payment delays or any technical failure outside bld77's direct control, provided that bld77 takes reasonable steps to restore service promptly.
- In no event shall bld77's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless a greater liability is required by applicable mandatory law.
- bld77 is not responsible for any tax obligations that arise from a player's winnings. It is the player's sole responsibility to understand and comply with any applicable tax laws in their jurisdiction.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
bld77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time where there is reasonable cause. Players may also close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting support. The following conditions may lead to account action by bld77.
- Breach of any material provision of these T&C, including but not limited to prohibited conduct, providing false registration details, or failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe.
- Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, use of automated tools or any activity deemed by bld77 to present a material risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
- Upon termination for cause, bld77 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms no wrongdoing, any eligible balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
10. Amendments to These Terms
bld77 reserves the right to update or amend these T&C at any time. When material changes are made, bld77 will notify registered players through an on-platform notification or by email if an email address is associated with the account. Continued use of bld77 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised T&C. 11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These T&C and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
